LIFE GROUPS
ABOUT
The Church is not a place, a building, or an event. It is the body of Christ (Romans 12:5). It is made up of born-again believers united by the Holy Spirit, "striving together for the faith of the gospel" (Philippians 1:27). As such, there is a need for believers in the body to spend time together, to know one another, and to serve one another.
Life Groups are one of the ways our church accomplishes this togetherness. Each week, groups meet within homes where believers connect with other believers from within the church for the sake of gospel ministry to each other and to our community.
Life Groups center upon 3 things, which have been present ever since the 1st century Church (Acts 2:42):
1. God's Word
2. Prayer
3. Fellowship
We believe these are necessary not just on Sunday morning, but throughout the week, and are made even more effectual within the context of our homes. If you are not part of regular christian community during the week, we hope you will prayerfully consider attending and joining one of the Life Groups.
